At Waterford Place, we value independence and individuality, and, as such, we offer custom assisted living care options, so residents can receive as little or as much help as desired.
MEMORY CARE
Waterford Place offers support for residents who have early, mid-stage and advanced Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementia.
RESPITE CARE
A respite stay is a healthy necessity that benefits both caregivers and their loved ones. It can be an ideal solution when family caregivers travel or need a break.

You can immediately sense the meaning of community when you pull into the parking lot and see the beautiful flowers and landscaping out front. Talia, Angie, and Zach are true professionals who are deeply dedicated to the care and quality of life of all their residents. On top of that, the building is always clean and smells fresh. They clearly take immense pride in what they do here.

Zack provided a great tour of the facilities and gave us the confidence that we could be successful in finding a safe and comfortable living facility for our parents. The activities department is amazing- the amount of residents that attend each activity is huge. The caregivers care so much about the residents and truly go above and beyond every single day. Highly recommend checking Waterford Place out when searching for additional care for your loved ones.

The staff really makes an effort to make the residents know this is the residents home and they are safe. Not just existing in a facility. Really, from housekeeping to caregivers, kitchen and the management they all do their best to make sure the residents are having a good time!

We just stopped by and ask if someone could show us around. We were very pleased in the community to see the cleanliness the size of rooms and the different area for assistant living, memory care along with independent living. We were happy to speak to some of the residents that were happy and talked to us about their day and activities. Thank you Zach for showing us around.

The atmosphere is warm and home like. Fiona, the health and wellness director’s dog, is calming and always brightens my day. I would definitely recommend this community for assisted living and memory care.
