Waterford Place Assisted Living, the area’s newest senior living community, celebrates spring with a series of open houses Fridays throughout April from 10am-3pm.
Older adults and their families are invited to tour the community, meet the staff, learn more about the benefits that an assisted living lifestyle offers older adults and their families, and take home a personal charcuterie from “Charcuter-Me” at the open house event.

Located at 808 Cornerstone Crossing near the intersection of 164 and 36, the new Waterford Place offers seniors a comfortable home, sense of community, convenient amenities, and both assisted living and, beginning in fall of 2022, memory care support. Waterford Place residents enjoy a social environment, healthy lifestyle and access to reliable nurses and caregivers around the clock. In addition, their families take comfort in knowing additional help is available should their loved one ever need it.
“While living independently is key to maintaining health and happiness, there may come a time when a little help with everyday activities can make a big difference in how much you or your loved one enjoys life,” says Peggy Vanderleest,Director of Sales and Marketing. “Waterford Place offers custom assisted living care options, so residents can receive as little or as much help as desired and only pay for the level of support they need.”
Waterford Place caregivers address simple to complex care needs and offer three meals per day, medication management, assistance with daily activities like dressing and bathing, 24-hour support and emergency call response, licensed nursing and visiting physicians, assistance with coordination of medical appointments, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, and scheduled transportation. In addition, Waterford Place offers residents a robust events calendar that includes daily physical, mental and social activities.
“From morning fitness and themed events to music under the stars and bus trips to local attractions, Waterford Place residents are able to choose activities that are meaningful to them from a variety of options,” says Mary Rogowski, Administrator. “Plus, social opportunities abound with neighbors available for card games, exercise, special events and dining company.”
Waterford Place is operated by Encore Senior Living, which operates 36 senior living communities throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota that nurture and enhance healthy and vibrant lifestyles. For more information about Encore Senior Living, please visit encore-seniorliving.com.
